We would like to inform you that in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No. 679/2016, you have the right to be informed about the purposes and methods with which your data will be processed by the company MXC SB srl, hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller,” with its registered and operational office at Viale Campania n.39, Milan 20133.
Your personal data will be processed in order to manage every aspect related to the contract concluded or the pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the interested parties.In particular, the Data Controller will process personal data to design and implement advertising campaigns agreed upon with the Client.
Among the aspects mentioned above, we recall those related to accounting, administrative, and legal aspects governed by their respective regulations. For the purpose of the legal protection of the rights of the Data Controller, the legal basis for processing is legitimate interest.
By virtue of the nature of the existing or potential commercial relationship, the Data Controller will not become aware of any “special categories” of customer data of the Clients. However, should the Data Controller come into possession of such data in the course of the contractual relationship, these will be processed in complicance with the provisions of Article 9 of EU Regulation 679/2016.
It should be noted that “special categories of personal data” refer to personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership in political parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade-union nature, as well as personal data concerning health, sexual life, genetic data, and biometric data.
Your data are processed by adequately trained personnel appointed as authorized and/or designated for the processing of common data and may be communicated to “external” Data Processors such as: accountants for administrative, accounting, and tax purposes, law firms for managing any litigation procedures, system administrators and IT managers for the maintenance of IT systems and backup management.
The Data Controller informs you that the personal data provided by you are not subject to transfers to third countries, but should it become necessary to transfer processing activities to a third country, this will be done in the manner required and indicated in Chapter V of the European Regulation No. 679/2016.
Your data is stored by the Data Controller for the period necessary for the processing activities and subsequently to fulfill the accounting and fiscal obligations following the processing in accordance with the laws in force.
Under Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation No. 679/2016, you may exercise, for example, at any time the right of access to data, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, opposition, and to be informed about processing carried out using automated decision-making processes relating to natural persons, including profiling.
